- POM Sliding Layer (0.30 mm – 0.50 mm: Wear-resistant polyacetal resin lining (available in standard or Lead-Free / RoHS compliant options) featuring grease pockets for optimal boundary lubrication retention.
- Sintered Bronze Interlayer (0.20 mm – 0.30 mm: Delivers superior thermal conductivity and strong mechanical bonding between the polymer lining and steel substrate.
- Low-Carbon Steel Backing (0.40 mm– 2.20 mm: Provides exceptional structural rigidity, high load-bearing strength, and dimensional stability under extreme stress.
